I Have had to query claims on 3 seperate occassions just to be told each time that my authorization is still pending and than after the consultant has read their notes through, I'm tld my authorization has been apprved and that my claims will be sent through to the claims dept. of processing but till date nothing has happened, the story just gets repeated. I spoke to Lungi 05.06.2013, Derrick 05.07.2013, Lungi 19.07.2013 & finaly Mzo 19.07.2013 as Lungi could only help me with 3 queries on my statement as per company policy. I am a member not a service provider. I expect full service not half a service after holding on 2 days to get through to Netcare because their lines are so busy. I am tired of being told that my claims will be escalated to the claims department as the query dept. can do nothing frm their side, than put us through to the claims dept so our accounts can be paid on a more proficient basis and when I asked to be put through to a supervisor I was plain and simply cut off. In the meantime my accunts stay outstanding with promises of getting paid some or other day, if ever? but yet no action has been taken only escalations...
