Not following procedure

Good day I Dalin Volker residing in 3 Orleanda Court Gibson street Tiomf for over 2 years, Lancet have been sending letters to my previous address 976 Railways street Noordgesig regarding outstanding bills for my son Joshua which was rejected by my medical aid. Lancet never phone me once regarding theses cost and they send a letter of ITC telling me I will be blacklisted.

No I have no problem paying these funds, please allow me to understand, if I never went to my previous address I would I have known that I have been placed on ITC and not once phone call from lancet.
