Does not fix there accounts

My Mom go's for her PI every 10 Days. Discovery has given her the ICD 10 code. But Lancet does not us them. So know I have been ITC. Because Lancet put wrong code on claim. and Discovery keeps on rejecting the claims. If you phone Lancet account. You get told that they can't fix the account and you are responsible for the account. If you don't pay they ITC you. I have phone Lancet and asked to put the write codes on and resubmit. Was told that it will be done. But nothing has happened. I have phone Discovery and was told that there is finds in the oncology saving. But Lancet must resubmit the claim. Lancet refused. Told me to pay them. I don't now if the problem is with Lancet or Discovery. Please can you help.
