THREATENING OLD LADY

My mom was sent by her doctor to Lancet for blood. She never received an account but today a threatening sms was sent to her phone by an attorney firm. When phoning them, they informed her that there is an outstanding amount at lancet. When phoning Lancet they told her that accounts were send to her postal address in Brits, my mom doesn't have such an address. How can they threaten a person of nearly 75 years old without trying to get hold of her first because their information is totally wrong. I want a written apology from them to my mom. Her name is Dawn B? ning. She was in tears because of this unnecessary unprofessional threat. Lancet's service. Her information was changed today on their computers after she spoke to an Aiden (he however was really helpful)
