I received medical attention on 10 February 2013. Brauckmann Incorporated who attended to my injury submitted an invoice dated 10 February 2013 and another duplicate invoice dated 11 February 2013. Discovery paid both invoices and not only did they pay both they paid both invoices twice. This depleted my medical savings account. In the interim I am undergoing physiotherapy. The physiotherapists accounts are rejected due to insufficient funds in the savings account. I have spoken to Brauckmann Inc. who says Discovery needs to sort it and Discovery says it is Brauckmann who needs to sort it. In two weeks nothing was done from discovery side and I spoke to many a person at Discovery. Brauckman Inc. send an e-mail to discovery on the 25th February with no response to date. Not 1 person involved in this situation shared the concern that I can no longer go to the physiotherapist because they are not getting paid. Both parties want to tell me to do this and/or that instead of them sorting it out. I don't have to manage people who delivers a service to me, they get paid for that.
