Beware Of Poor Attitude From Admin

The doctor's wife phoned me to inform me that Medical Aid was not going to pay R205.00. I asked her to email me the details which she did. The EFT slipped my mind but was highlighted and flagged on my mail for payment. Three working days later I get a mail threatening legal action if I don't pay the account.

I paid the account and notified the lady of my intention not to make use of her husbands practice again, for the R205 that was overdue for five days.

Please see the reply below, Please take note that hey have been the family dentist for the last two-three years and we have visited them on numerous occasions. Excerpts of her mail below.

"It is also with the utmost regret that I note that you will not be making use of our services in future. Taking into account that in the 27 years I have practiced in this town -during which time you have attended exactly once- I do not foresee a major catastrophe in surviving a little while longer. Your marketing skills and the PRO you have been doing for me will be sorely missed. Apologies again for my forgetting to send you a Christmas card."
