Cant get money back for a job done wrong!!!

In 2012 I went to the dentist to have all my teeth removed and to get permanent dentures. Since the beginning I told my dentist the dentures are not right because the bottom denture is way out. He told me the swelling will go down in a year or so then he will fix it. The dentures doesn't fit on each other and therefore I can't chew or bite. One of the teeth he removed left a hole in my mouth which damaged my nasal canal. When I told him about it he refered me to a doctor to fix it at my own costs. I paid him in advance for the extractions and the dentures in January 2012. I moved to Cape Town and now I have to get the job done that A. Du Toit did not finish. On January the 7th I sent him my complaint along with my bank account details so that he could refund the R2700, 00 of the dentures, he did not get back to me. Yesterday and today I tried reaching him but still got no reply from him. So my only way out is to lodge a official complaint. Im willing to negotiate to get even a portion of the money back that I paid for the terrible dentures. Please contact me so this can be settled. 0711170782.
