I've given my 30 days notice of resignation today

I am dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication. On every single e-mail I've ever sent to Resolution, I always receive an e-mail with the following:

"We hereby acknowledge receipt of your e-mail enquiry sent to [Email Removed] Please note that this is an automatic reply confirming receipt of your e-mail, you need not reply to this auto response.
Please note that your e-mail will receive our attention and a response will be sent to you."

And that is the only response I receive, ever.

If it was a claim I've submitted, I will see on the next months statement if the claim was paid or rejected. This does not bother me, but I do expect a reply when I've asked a question on my e-mail, or asked for assistance in a matter, or queried an unpaid claim. I don't even bother with the call center anymore, useless.

Since I do not receive more than a generic automatic receipt reply, I decided to post on hellopeter, because I see Resolution Health actually replies to these posts.

I've given 30 days notice of my resignation today. (E-mailed it.) Effective 31/12/2013. Please e-mail my member certificate, since I need it to join another medical aid.
