Service is totally pathethic

I just think to waite over a month for my claim to be rejected is totally ridiculous. All the doctors expect us to pay cash because Bankmed takes forever to pay back if they ever do. I cannot understand in this day and age that there turnaround time for everything, even to send their requirements in writing is 5 -10 working days, what bull. Collect our money on time, reject claims for small ommissions.
I am really tired of being forced to be with a medical aid that provides no service to me. I must phone and enquire all the time about my claims, what needs to be on the documents, and when I have a simple request like mailing the requirements to me so the doctor knows exactly what is required, instead of them rejecting it 10 times over I get told I have to wait 5 - 10 working days for that simple email.
Now I am going to have to waite for the doctor to send through the necessary documents and then another month before I will even know if i am going to get paid or not.
We as bank staff should be allowed to choose our medical aid since we are paying for it.
