Totally disgusting service all the time

I have been experiencing problems with Bankmed for some time now. I have over R30 000 in my savings which they will not refund, not even part of it. When I call to confirm that they will pay for amounts in access or admissions, etc, they too eager to say "yes", pay and send us proof, but when I do that than all of a sudden the receipt is not good enough, they need an invoice and a receipt.

I would think that is something the hospitals should also know, but I have to battle all the time whenever I need to go to the doctor. Becoming real frustrating and not like you can even choose your medical aid, if you work for the bank you stuck with this incompetence.

They so quick to take your money, but when it comes time to deliver it's another story. They make you fill out all these surveys but do nothing with them to better their service.

If I had a choice I would NOT choose Bankmed
