Dear Bankmed

I am totally disappointed in the way I have been pushed from pillar to post. I have submitted my claim numerous of times from July and to date the claim has not been paid. I was advised that the ICD 10 code that the doctor used was incorrect. I contacted the doctor who advised me that the code was correct. Bankmed still rejected the claim. I advised them to please contact the doctor, which they did and the doctor amended the ICD10 as per Bankmed's requirements. The claim was then rejected again. I am not happy with this, as the doctor used the code that was required and my claim still gets rejected. Please can someone contact me and the doctor again to advise what more is required, as the doctor is using the correct ICD10 code.
