Does the call centre have ppl working there?

I have been calling the call centre since yesterday morning to make a reservation for a deal i bought through groupon (you have to make booking with msc within seven (7) days of purchase from groupon). I had to hold the line for 20min for me to go to switchboard or reception. After such time the lady direct your call to reservations where i was holding for another 46min and ultimately get cut off. when i tried calling the number again it was barred/ not allowed for the rest of yesterday afternoon. today same story, i never got to talk to any consultant after holding for almost 60min, the call kept on going back to reception and the lady told me that all the lines are busy, kept on holding and decided to give up, i cancelled the deal with groupon for a full refund. the service is poor, inconsiderate of clients and unprofessional. i am frustrated and will never buy from them...
