We booked holiday accommodation through UMHLANGA HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION for December 2013. The booking was made through Abby, she booked us at the Breakers Resort. (UNIT 323) We arrived on 3rd of December 2013. On the 5th of December I found that my personal towels was damaged, I phoned them and spoke to Arlene, she said that she will send the housekeeper to come and have a look. On Friday morning I phoned them again and spoke to Arlene again because I saw that the same stains was on the duvet cover. Until yesterday I did not hear from them. I phoned them and spoke to Arlene again, she thought that the problem was solved and she will check into my deposit. Today 7 January 2014 I phoned again and spoke to Christene, this woman was very rude. She does not care about being decent to a customer. She actually accused me of using JIK. (JUST TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT WE'V BEEN TO THE BREAKERS RESORT FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS) I know that they do the cleaning so I do not pack any cleaning products. After that she accused my children of damaging their duvets. They will be using my Deposit to replace the duvet cover. Why will I inform them if I caused the damage myself.
