Deal not honoured because of Groupon Glitch

Hi,
I purchased a coupon from Groupon for a fancy dinner for a family of four. For some reason, the coupon wasn't appearing on my home page. When I called the call centre, I was told to email the the proof of payment to them, which I did. A few days passed with no response. I called back and was told that they did receive my payment. When I asked them about my coupon, I was told that it would be on my home page. I thought, okay, maybe this could take a few days. After a few days, I called again and told the guy that my coupon is still not there. He told me that he couldn't understand why but he will give me the voucher code that I could use. I then called the restaurant to make a reservation with the voucher number. Today, the day of our reservation, I received a call from the restaurant confirming our reservation but the lady told me that I had to bring the coupon with me. I told her the story and then decided to call groupon to ask them about it. I was told that because a glitch on their system, I was unable to get a coupon, and they will refund my money. That is not the point. I now had to tell my family that we couldn't go out for dinner after everyone was so excited.
