Sizwe Medical Fund
From R1900 to R3000 payment for my medical aid

I noticed that Sizwe debited R3000 from my bank account.

I phoned customer services to find out what the reason for this was because I am only paying -R1900 per month. The lady told me that they send out letters in November and in the letter it states that you need to send your payslip to them so that they can amend your monthly payment according to your salary. I told the lady that I did not receive any such letter. I asked her if I send my payslip to them now if they would pay back the extra money that they debited, she then laugh and said NO.

she said that I would now pay R3000 every month because they sorted me in to the highest salary. how am I suppose to afford this?
