Sizwe Medical Fund
Bad service

I have been trying to change my banking account details with Sizwe Medical Fund for the last month, but to no avail. Sizwe Medical Fund owes me re-imbusements of money and do not seem to want to pay it back as they are doing nothing about it. (I was just on the phone to them now and conveniently have cut me off!!!) I have faxed my new details through four (4) times to Joyce and Porsia. Here is a list of reference numbers I have received over the past month: 8050630, 8054630, 8136442 and the last reference number I was told was for a Mr. Naidoo - I mean really what does a person do to get good service these days. Everytime I have asked to speak to a manager I get cut off! Please change my details so this matter can be resolved, this is now becoming ridiculous and very frustrating. My membership number is 04250022658. Lets see if going the route of Hello [URL Removed] will get the results I need.
