Sizwe Medical Fund
Non Payment of Physio

When I was still a member of Sizwe Medical Fund, I phoned in to approve Physio for myself. My Physio was approved and I still have a reference number (2722851). So i went to the physio and everything was sorted. I was called almost a year later saying that my sessions were not paid for yet. And i phoned Sizwe, and they promised that it will be sorted. Now, I get a bad letter saying that it needs to be paid, or they will hand me over. I need this sorted out ASAP.
