Mangwa Valley Game Lodge
Mangwa Valley was just a dissappointment

Mangwa valley advertises itself as a four star establishment. I checked in on the first of January 2014. This getaway was supposed to be relaxing and fun. I can only express my disappointment. The following is just disappointing for a four star establishment:
- A tv was not available in the room. We had to walk to get to the bar to watch tv; We had to use our own cellphones to contact the staff members as a phone was not available in our rooms; The ad shown on groupon was not even close to where we stayed (false advertising); The room was full of mosquitos at night. A mosquito tent advertised was not available. My body has sores as a result of the mosquito bites; The quality of your beds are not acceptable. My boyfriend has a sore back as we speak. The one bed even has a hard object pushing against the top layer of the bed; A bar fridge was not available to us as we were told to walk to your bars for sumthing. Which is a 'walk' indeed; We were denied an iron as we were told they are not allowed in the rooms; The duvet cover is old and the throw. I'm just angry.
