Talk about the worst service eve

I bought a daddy deal voucher for this Mangwa Valley and made a booking on 11/02/2013. 4 chalets for 2 nights. I even have an e-mail as proof. Next day I get a call that I only booked 2 chalets. Instead of Tsholofelo acknowledging that she's wrong changing the dates, she tries to cover the mistake by turning this all around and blaming me. I asked to speak to the manager, and apparently the manager was not available. Next they call me to say the manager DOES NOT WANT TO SPEAK to me because I haven't sent the vouchers yet. Thats insane because which manager wouldn't want to hear the customer. The place is apparently fully booked so that's that. These girls are so incompetent its shocking.
