Definately NOT a 4 Star Lodge!!

We arrived at 6pm on the 24th Jan to no electricity in our self catering unit. The power came on about 8pm! Our unit had no aircon and no TV! We had to use all 3 fans in our room that night because of the heat. During the course of Saturday the power kept on going on and off, later that afternoon it poured with rain and our unit started flooding (I have pictures of what our unit looked like the next morning). Around 8pm the power went off and stayed off until the next morning, with the heat averaging on 25% we were unable to sleep. I called BUSI on Saturday around 8pm and told her our unit was flooded but nothing was done about it, we had debris on the floors that came in from under the doors, we had to put towels down because of the amount of water and before one of us was about to slip!! I even had to move the side table away from my bed as the water was pouring onto this. The dining area had no ambiance, tables were spread out (imagine a big room with 10 tables in). When we signed out, we were not the only ones complaining of the power outages, surely they should have had a generator in good working condition. DEFINATELY NOT 4 STAR - 2 STAR ATLEAST!!!
