I ordered glasses from America and they supplied the incorrect lens, so I got a quote from Neovision for a new lens and then one from another shop in cape gate, but I went with Neovision.
From this time already I could see Jaco was not very helpful after I asked him if his store could fetch the glasses from the other store in the centre, to which he said that they must bring it to them.
However the company in America said they will refund me the cost if I can provide them with an invoice and a letter from the optometrist, I phoned Neovision the following day and explained. They advised that Jaco was on leave and I should leave an email for him which I did, asking for an invoice and a letter that the lens was faulty.
Jaco replied to my email, ignoring my request for an invoice, he told me, with little interest, that he won't provide me with this letter. I then explained that it does not have to say the lens was faulty, but that it was incorrect to my prescription. He ignored me.
Jaco is clearly not interested, and because of his selfishness I am about to loose a lot of money and embarrass myself after coming this far with the company in America. Do you treat all your customers badly
