Sunglass Hut
Lens loose within 1, 5 months no help from company

I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut OR Tambo 1st week December 2013. One pair was a new Prada and the other was a Georgio Armani. On my return from my vacation 7th January 2014, while driving, the left lens on the Georgio Armani fell off. I took the glasses to an Optometrist and they say they do not have the correct.

I phoned the store at OR Tambo, the staff are not sure what to do. I eventually phoned the head office in CPT, only get a recording to leave a message, cannot speak to anyone. Contacted Sandton City branch, they do not have a repair centre nor do they know what to do.

I would not advise anyone buying Sunglasses from Sunglass Hut South Africa, rather get them overseas. Probably not originals anyway.
