Had a pair of lens made for my spectacle frame at this store few months back. Went back a few times to refit lens which were falling out. Assisted by Bilal who tried his best to secure the lens hoping that it would not fall out again ..I eventually chipped the lens. He was concerned as they could not cut the multi focal lens and convinced management to give me a discount on a new pair. Extremely rare to find this type of patience and service in these times. Sure he will be a valuable asset to his employers.
