Terrible experience. wouldn't recommend to anyone

When booking with tudor house inn we were under the impression that it is a 3 star bed and breakfast. However when arriving, we were taken a back due to the fact that the place looked nothing like the pictures on the net. Our towels were never changes (we were there 10 days) when we complained we were told that we should've requested clean towels.. They advertise aircons, free wifi in every room, however this was not the case. False advertising at its finest. The place is dirty (cockroaches in the bathroom) and run down (broken windows and wall is breaking apart). needs a lot of attention before it can claim to be a 3 star b&b. Definitely not worth R450 per person per night!!! Will never recommend this place to anybody! Complete waste of money!
