Unprofessional therapists

Hi
I received a voucher to use at yemaya
and was very excited to make use if it
but I'm sorry to say that u had a very
bad experience at your Cavendish
branch. First of all, the therapist told me
'come' meaning I must come sit down
for my manicure and i find this very
unprofessional. She also had no name
badge on and spoke to her colleague
in their own language while she was
working on me. The work station was
not clean, I find that unacceptable. my
nails now look worse than it did
before having the manicure because
she cut into my cuticles and did not
buff my nails.
I just thought I should let you know. I
am in the beauty industry and
definitely had an unpleasant
experience.
