Kenilworth Dream Nails - Pathetic experience

I visisted Dream Nails in Kenilworth Centre on Friday the 04/01/2013. I usually see a nail technician at their Canal walk Branch - a wonderfully talented and thorough person. I needed a soak off for my gel nails. I was given a half an hour slot, and handed to a sweet natured young Nail tech. She started to file my nails. She took 30 minutes to unsuccessfully file off one nail! Using the incorrect grade of file - even I knew that. After an hour and 30 mins of pure agony, I requested someone else finish the job. They gave me Tasneem, who filed my nails with so roughly, with no care or concern. When the job was done, 3 hours later, there was gel still on my nails and the repaint was on my cuticles.

Not only did she do such an appaling, and disgustingly putrid job, she hurt my nail bed.

I was never apologised to, and was still charged at normal rates for a service I consider to be a complete and utter insult to the world of nail art and nail work.

I will never visist Kenilworth Dream nails again, and moreover, I will make it my duty to advise every woman I know of their pathetic service. I am utterly disgusted that Dream Nails would allow such a level of customer service!!!
