WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

A friend and I booked for the vip full day spa package via groupon. I have worked in the beauty spa industry for few years and I am totally disgusted with my experience at your spa.

On arrival we were not warmly welcomed, unfriendly, unprofessional and highly UNqualified staff. The entire experience was of a very poor standard!
Dirty stained towels and gowns, wet damp towels on bed to on, no privacy of treatments. clearly the ladies have not been trained or are not even qualified as they had no clue of what they were doing.
Cleaning pads were used as eye pads during the facial, steaming was done for less than 4 min, mani and pedi were the worst treatments as a footfile was used on hands for a manicure, and large file to file nails which were horrifying to look at after the manicure as my skin had been filed too and my nails very crookedly filed and not shaped. For a groupon deal this is unacceptable and service like what we received today cannot be advertised on groupon. We did not feel relaxed at all.

The worst spa experienced I have ever received and experienced. Extremely dissapointed and would not recommend such a spa to anyone.
