My worst salon experience ever!

I recently visited the salon because I was given a complimentary manicure from an OMO promotion. Sonia (the nail technician) didn't even make an effort to have a conversation with me. In fact she would gesture me with her facial expression or with her hand. During my entire manicure (without the soaking of my hands) I had to be subject to the nail tech and the other woman that works there, discuss the stock they need to buy for the branch. Her back would be turned every so often to discuss the things they need to order. Is this how you guys treat your paying customers too? Or was it just because my service was free from OMO, that you felt you were doing me a favour? And the cherry on top... 6 hours later, whatever colour remained on my nails, was still soft and smudgy. I thought Perfect 10 would use this opportunity to get new clients... Not with that unprofessional attitude!
