We were booked into a caravan for the weekend. Bought jeyes fluid to clean area cause the flies were bugging us. I just sent my sister to buy bread with my kids and lo and behold, a hissing boomslang of 1.4 metres I was told, falls from the sky where my baby was playing minutes earlier. When I reported at the office, I was ridiculed at for I lost my ability to speak. Over and above I was advised that it was only A BOOMSANG and they took their time to attend to the matter. We were given another room for the night and was refunded half the money of the remaining days as they already lost money as people were told the place is fully booked. What arrogance Susan! You didn't even show us your refund disclaimer. You will definitely not get a glowing reference from us. I later found out by accident that jeyes fluid is used on the perimeter to keep away snakes. Clearly this precaution was never taken
