Awful experience at femmina beauty centre

My husband and i bought a "VIP spa package" at femmina beauty centre park hurst. It should be a 4 hour package, All the treatments was rushed and done in 3 hours. They said it is an Environ facial, and while the empty containers stand there they used some cheap aloe vera on our faces! The manicure and pedicure was pathetic! My therapist knows nothing of the beauty industry, while painting my nails she blew on them to help the paint dry, thats is gross and very unhygienic!! The snacks afterward was awful and pathetic. I am a qualified somatologist (beauty therapist) and that is by far the worst beauty centre i have ever seen. I will never return or recommend that someone go there.
It was very disappointing!!!
