Breach of Medical Practitioners Ethical Code

Had a Calf Pain Since Wednesday. Decided to go to Dr on Friday. Saw Dr Niemand and on referring me to Sunward Park Hosp for sonar he had to leave on Holiday and advised he would handover the case to Dr Francisca. Came back after 12H00 with results of sonar. Only 1 Dr on duty for the practice. Vicasso gave me my file after a while of waiting and had to sit outside Dr Francisca"s Office. Sat there and waited for her to see patient's that were there before me and 2 that got there after me even after I advised her that I was there before those 2 patient's. When she eventually saw me I advised her that I was upset about this. She advised she didn't see me at any point and that I didn't see her sitting around and having tee breaks or anything and she was doing me a favour. I advised her I am paying for her services on which she advised she is doing Dr Niemand a favour, she's not getting a cent for this visit. She had a look at my results, advised it was clear of DVT after which requesting her to see what else is wrong with my calf as I still could not walk on it, she refused to further assist me. She was giving me the same attitude I was giving her was her response.
