Floreat Riverside Lodge
No rebate for Madibas funeral!!!

I had booked a 4 night gettaway at Floreat Riverside Lodge via [URL Removed] in September for my wife and I from 12-15 Dec 2013. After Madiba passed away, we were forced to return home early, as we wanted to py our respects and had family coming up to meet at the Old Edwardians Sports Club on Sunday around the corner from Madibas Houghton Home.
I approached Jackie on 13 Dec to tell her we need to leave on Friday 14 Dec, and asked if I could be reimbursed for the 2 nights, due to unforeseen circumstances.
On friday morning when we left she said that her boss had now said they would only reimburse me for the 2 nights IF the room was taken.
Needless to say they have'nt paid a cent back to me!!!
I find this lack of respect downright atrocious, and I want my money back for the full stay, and I want this Resort removed from [URL Removed] places to stay In SA.
