Poor Service

I write this email in complete dismay and disgust at the level of service and professionalism at one of your Resorts in Rustenburg. We checked in on the 24th December 2013 looking forward to the well deserved holiday however to our surprize it turnedd out to be a nightmare. Firstly your website is completely deceiving pertaining to the outlook of the rooms. To top it all we were shocked by the food that all the time it was not properly done. The sloppness of you the waiters/ buspersons leaves much to be desired. The toilets in the rooms are smelly. To add a cherry on top at the dinning room the cats are moving up and down under our feet and this made us very uncomfortable as i am sure you will appreciate that that not all of us are into cats and they cannot be simply shoved to us. To make things worse my wife could not even have dinner on the 29th December 2013 as she was so horrified.

I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone around and definitely i will take it up with authorities as i feel this was completely a "rip-off" hence i would not set my foot anywhere in this place ever.
