Bad Service/Lack of interest/no empathy

Myself and my Hubby stayed at this place in Rustenburg over the long weekend.
It was the worst place that we ever stayed.
Incorrect information given over the website and when confronted about it - no answer was given.
They advertised that they are an amazing guest lodge however they rent the rooms out for one and two nights to the local contract workers in the area. We had to contend with drunk and roudie men making a noise well into the early hours of the mornings. Not holiday place in the least.
We booked through [URL Removed] and when complaining to them they moved us to other accommodation.
However safari [URL Removed] is now struggling to actually get their monies back from the guest lodge.
I am completely disgusted at this place and do not recommend anyone to stay here,

They advertise they are self catering. What a joke. The kitchen is 300 meters away and everyone must use it,
dirty dishes laying everywhere and pots that have been standing on the stove for days.
It was disgusting.
Please please don't go stay there ever!!! Not a holiday place they are rent a room rather.
