I called the calims department before my daughter went in for surgery, confirming they will pay the shortfall as the doctor charges over the scale of benefits. Now when it's time to claim, they reject it, yet I have over R30 000 in savings. Now we know why doctors do not want to claim, we got medical aid yet we have to still pay the doctors and claim ourselves because of their incompetence.

Really tired of this endless battle with this useless medical aid. They say they will contact you, and nobody does. Waiting for them to contact me since the last complaint.
