Struggle with debit orders

On numerous request over the past 2 years I have requested Bonitas to change the debit order from the 15th of the month to 1st of the month. Nothing happened as yet. The other concern is that they had to deduct the payment for December which was not done. We are on holiday and if come in an accident will they refuse to help because medical is not up to date. They also phone me numerous times to say payment behind but Bonitas dont deduct the money. Medical aid nr 02025560846
