Refuse to pay Hosp Plan out

I was in hosp in June this year. I was waiting for them to finalise the claim but after two months of calling them and they never call me back I have to call them to hear what is going on, they ask for a medical report from my family doctor that I have to pay for. In 2002 I had sinus Thromboses and that was in the medical report that I have send to them. In June I was in hosp because I had a cold with sinus and the doctor put me on antibiotics. Yesterday they called me for the first time since June and told me because I had sinus attack in 2002 they are not going to pay out my claim. I didn't had a sinus attack in 2002 the doctors who looked at the medical report should know that if they are real doctors.
