INSURED BENEFIT TAKEN OFF - WHY?

Please explain why over the past few years there was pathology under insured benefit, this year this isn't so.

Why must I pay R4444 for my family and I for Comprehensive package when the pathology tests are paid from my savings portion? This is a rip-off. So if there are no funds left in my savings then I must pay out of my pocket.

Is this fair on your clients?

Furthermore, the statement attached states that I now owe the lab monies for blood tests done on my husband (Joedash) who had these tests in hospital (he was rushed to hospital for severe headaches). Why are these costs being taken out of my savings and not the Hospital Pathology insured benefit?
