Sent Me R800 bill with No Results

Invoice number JFL17637 has been sent to me with no results. The results we to be given to our midwife, Sue Cohen, as per instructions to the ladies at the Arwyp whom we gave the form and stool sample to. Check the form, it's written in the top right of the page.

When I phoned your offices, Jackie in accounts had a serious attitude. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she transferred me to DUrban (she is in PTA). I think on purpose!

I confirmed with my midwife and she definitely did not receive the results.

Keep the results, refund my medical aid with the R381 they paid and I will not be paying the balance.

Poor Service!!!
