Pathology blame Trauma and other way round

I've been to trauma on 16 Nov 2013 gave a urine sample, was told to collect sample results on the 18th Nov 2013. when I collect the results the trauma could not track it and called in pathology, they also could not find it and the lady from pathology said she will get someone to phone me (No call). Made an appointment with the specialised which I had to take the results to, got an appointment on the 25 Nov 2013 to see specialised who needed the results to diagnose me.and paid a bill of R700 to a specialised that could not do a thing without the results. Went to pathology again and ask the lady why she never phoned so she said she gave the query to her collegue and she never phoned me. Then I told her I need to speak to someone higher and another lady came and took my details and explained it is not there fault but she will check for me and phone me the next day. Which she did but phoned my husband where I gave my cell number. Until now my Urine sample is just missing and I went to see a specialised for nothing and paid a nice bill. I dont have to do the investigation of who's faulty is what... so please sort out you internal problrms.
