MSC Withholding results

I have a complaint with MSC, they do not want to release my child's results for all the modules he has finished this year. The fees are paid up. I don't understand why they are refusing to give him his results but instead they tell him to wait until the end of the year.

We can't wait until the end of the year because the results are needed to apply at University for next year.

Why is MSC doing this?
