Why can I not get my results by email

Could you please explain why your Sunward Park branch don't have email or fax facilities to forward results to the patients requesting their results. Why should I complete a consent form every time I wish to get a copy of my results. If you want to make it impossible for a patient to obtain results, then please indicate so, then I can use another service provider.
