Outstanding Exam Results

I wrote my supplimentary examinations in January 2013, I recieved results for 2 modules and the other one showed results outstanding. To date the results are showing outstanding, there is no communication from the university to say when will the results be available neither there is no time frames attached to them. I check daily on the web site if there is any changes on the results but they still the same. I have phone and was thrown from pillar to post with no one to give me answers or any kind of committment that they will defenatly come back to me with answers, no one was accountable for outstanding results. I e-mailed ans was forwarded the two results and the one I am quering there was no explanation to it. I have utilised all the resources that were available to me to get my results to date there is no one who knows anything about my results. Since my registered with UNISA, this is thirst frustration that I am going through. The module is EUP1501 and my student number is 33429030, I wish to get answers with time frames and someone who is accountable for outstanding results and who will commit to ensure that as I student I am recieving information that is due to me on time.
