Bestmed Medical Scheme
FROM ONE BAD MEDICAL AID TO ANOTHER

I was previously on SPECTRAMED and after a long battle i managed to change over to BESTMED. I'm really not sure if i made the right choice. Is all medical aid companies just plain not interested in their clients and just interested in earning comms and taking our monthly debits.
I am wanting to upgrade and require assistance, i called my "so-called" consultant and he said well I'm on leave and there is nothing i can do for you.
This leaves me exactly where i was when i waswith SPECTRAMED.
I guess we all are but numbers and we are paying / contributing to someone's salary.
Will check in the new year to move again!!!

DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED.
