Accomodation not as advertised, no refund, a

We booked accomodation at a B&B/Backpacker accomodation in Parktown. The accomodation seemed adequate on the internet, there were even photograhs of the house and i spoke on numerous occassions with the manager and owner. The accomodation was booked for 12days for 5 adults. On arrival the house was filled with drunk men, the beds were unmade, one of the mattresses in the room we were offered was soiled with urine and THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY. Needless to say we decided not to stay for health and safety reasons. We were told the owner would contact us with the refund and he never did. We played cat and mouse with him for the next 2 days and never got to speak to him. We decided to do an unannounced visit accompanied by the police. We finally met the owner who is a very large and intimidating man. He walked around topless and barefoot, the house had even more drunken men (about 9 or 10). Both the owner and the manager had been drinking. However, the owner attempted to grab and smash my phone while i tried to take the photos of the sorroundings and told me to get my mother to clean the place if i thought it was dirty. We were then forced out of the premises with no refund.
