Poor service from Medical scheme on a request

We have been members of Liberty since 1 Jan 2007. Now that I urgently need a membership certificate because I am resigning to go to another medical aid, they give me a certificate with the wrong starting date. They don't understand urgency and it has been 4 days already and they have not yet corrected the certificate despite several calls and emails. They didn't even ask why I was leaving to go to another medical scheme - but would there be any surprises given the porrness of their service?
