Not Paying me back

I canceled my medical aid on 28 Feb 2013, i phoned in and was told to send a mail with my details and policy number and the will cancel it, just to find out that i am still paying for it till date. now i have unpaid's on my account as they were suppose to cancel my medical aid and no take any more money, i sit in i position now were i NEED my money back and n solution from them for my unpaid's that affects my ICT scoring. it has beet 2 weeks now and nothing, i send proof om the mail that was send by me, also proof of new medical aid and a letter from new company stating that it is compulsory to be on there medical aid. i also contacted the broker they had on file for me which i did not know about. Now they are looking for excuses not to pay me back the money they took from me. were is my protection in this. This is the worst ever, no one can tell you what is happening, in mean time i cant eat and get to work as i have to borrow money for the mistake LIBERTY made.
