4212.00 withdrawn without notification

We were with quantum medical aid until June 2012, My employers hadn't' advised me that by June i will no longer be covered with them, as they were closing down the branch. in April... resulting for us to pay for May June directly into the medical aids account

A year later June 2013 Quantum medical aid withdraws 4212 .00 from my account without notification

send them a email asking what the reason for the transaction is for /? Called them several times

their answer June premnium
My brokers answer, because we had used our years savings

Who do we believe? Why is the Medical Aid not explaning the real story?
Who gives them the right to withdraw such an amount without notifing us?

Can someone Please explain??
