Wrong Medical Aid deductions

Last year I made numerous calls and also sent e-mails to the medical aid. I am writing on behalf of my mother MMM O'Linn. 0526000674900.1.An amount of R 1 709 should have been deducted for monthly medical aid contributions. The medical aid deducted more each month, only the August 2012 and December 2012 deductions were correct. During June 2012 a correction was done as well as in December 2012, according to our calculations an amount of R 967 is still due to my mother. 2. In April 2013 and May 2013 the amount of R 2 423 was deducted instead of R 1709. My Mother is 82 years old the pension is her only income. In April and May the amount paid to her was R 920. She is not able to pay her rent etc with this amount. I lodged a complaint with the CMS but up to now they also failed to see that the correct amount is deducted and paid. We urgently need help on this case. How can a medical aid rob an old person of income???
