We went through to the Sun City Nedbank Golf Challenge this past weekend and stayed over at the EasyStay in Rustenburg for 2 evenings. We are a Frequent Guest Member. The top section of you closest in room 222. Full of dust. I pulled a line through the dust to show you how bad it was. My honest concern is that the dust collected at the top of the cupboard is thick and sticky and a couple of weeks old, maybe even more. 4. In addition to the above your landing area of your staircase is not level. This is the staircase leading from the reception area to the 1st floor. Based on my understanding this is not in line with the building code nor with safety regulations. I formally place this in writing and written record and request your formal feedback in writing. I am not sure what to do next and honestly feel that the hotel is not looked after and what you are advertising on your website is a misrepresentation of what is on offer and I feel that you have misrepresented yourself. I am not sure if this qualifies me for a refund or a % refund. Looking forward to your feedback.
